He also agreed not to pursue any further legal appeals, including a claim that would have accused the prosecution team of withholding exculpatory evidence.”

Put another way, the Ex-Enron C.E.O., whose salary included one particular year at $132 million, and who spent over $23 million unsuccessfully defending himself, still has at least $42 million to give up.
