So this exists.
Jeez….
I thought for a second it said “My Parents: Openly Gay” which made me do a double take.
That made no sense. I did a triple take. Then I saw the whole image and it made less sense. I saw the mustache on “dad” and saw that both “mom and dad” were very feminine, and then I thought, “oh! It IS openly gay! It’s two women who are the parents and one of them has a mustache because that’s how they identify and it’s none of my business.”
But then I got sad because it said “open carry” and I thought, “that’s depressing”. I looked again and sure enough, I’m still not convinced that this is a true XY and XX based chromosome parental unit.
An instant later, I saw the child, who looks disturbingly like the parents, who all appear to be the same person and it started getting creepy, are these identical triplets who were orphans and constructed a parent/child relationship to cope with the loss?
this all happened in about two seconds. I don’t know, but this book is probably a real page turner.
