Having had a mid 80’s Volvo, I can tell you with all honesty, that this is impossible.
Either that is solid asphalt painted white to look like snow, the video is actually sped up to give the appearance of tremendous speed, or they are careening out of control because there is a little bit of snow on the ground and once they get off screen they get totally stuck and require friends and/or a friendly UPS driver to help push them out.
I’m going for the last one. That’s the most plausible because it is as if Volvo designed the car to do that.
